We welcome orders from all around the world, and greatly appreciate the business of our many international customers.

When shopping online, shipping and handling charges are often confusing, hard to calculate or even hidden, particularly
when it comes to international orders. We have decided to eliminate this trouble for our international customers:

For international orders we charge a flat shipping cost of $10 per order.
Please note that you will only pay one shipping fee, whether you buy one Michael Schumacher t-shirt or a collection of
10 different Ferrari caps, since we will cover any difference between actual shipping cost and the $10 paid by you.

International Shipping of Bulky and/or Heavy Merchandise

The only exception to the above guideline is certain bulky or very heavy items that are indicated as "ground shipping
only": On these items we are unable to absorb the international shipping cost, as the postal service no longer offers
ground shipments internationally. As a result, any international orders for such items must pay actual shipping charges.

We wish we were able to extend the $10 international shipping to every single item we sell. However, as the actual cost of
sending even a t-shirt is usually more than what we charge, we ask you to understand that international shipping of items
such as suitcases is simply too costly, and our only alternative would be to not accept international orders on such items.

If you order an item subject to actual shipping cost, we will promptly contact you with shipping options and prices. You
will then get the choice between paying actual shipping cost, or canceling your order if the shipping cost is too high.

Estimated Shipping Time for International Orders

We understand that our international customers are eager to receive their fan merchandise, and strive to ship all in-stock
(* READY TO SHIP *) items within 24 hours.

Unless otherwise requested, international orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders travel via air.
Depending on product and destination, the minimum service level will be standard Air-Mail. Estimated delivery time outside
of North America should be less than two weeks, however actual delivery time of your order may exceed this estimate.

Unfortunately, a tracking number is NOT available on standard international shipments. Since your package will go through
multiple postal services as well as customs in your country, many factors may affect delivery time of your shipment. Please
be patient if your item should not arrive within the estimated time: We have no control of what happens once we have dropped
your package at the post office. While we will ship out all items as quickly as possible, and provide a receipt showing when
and how your item was shipped on request, we can not give any guarantee as to actual delivery time on international orders.

On high value or time sensitive orders, we recommend upgrading to Express Mail, which includes tracking & insurance.

Customs Charges on International Orders

International orders include a packaging slip indicating item(s) purchased/price paid & a customs form with this information.

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Any charges related to customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not have any control over these charges, and can unfortunately not estimate how much they might be.
